1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Master Junction Institute & Software Company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, software development services, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

3.1 Account Creation

4. Course Enrollment and Fees
4.1 Enrollment
When you enroll in a course, you enter into a binding agreement to complete the course payment. Course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment.

Full Refund: Available within 7 days of enrollment if you have not accessed any course materials.
Partial Refund: Available within 14 days of enrollment (minus 25% administrative fee) if less than 20% of the course is completed.
No Refund: After 14 days or if more than 20% of the course is completed.
5. Course Access and Materials
5.1 License Grant
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
- Record, screenshot, or copy course videos and content
- Use course materials for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile any software
6. Software Development Services
6.1 Project Terms
Software development projects are governed by separate written agreements that specify:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Intellectual property rights
- Support and maintenance terms
6.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide clear requirements and specifications
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Content
All content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and course materials, is owned by Master Junction Institute or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
By submitting content to our Services (e.g., forum posts, project submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
7.3 Custom Software
For software development projects, intellectual property rights will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, clients receive ownership of the final deliverable, while we retain rights to any pre-existing code, tools, or frameworks.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

9.2 No Employment Guarantee
While we provide placement assistance and strive for high placement rates, we cannot guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes upon course completion.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Junction Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Junction Institute, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
11. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to access Services will cease immediately
- You must stop using all course materials
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:
- Parties will first attempt to resolve through good faith negotiations
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation in Mahendranagar, Nepal
- If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by arbitration under Nepali Arbitration Law
- The courts of Mahendranagar, Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Master Junction Institute regarding use of our Services.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
